Diplomat:
Code of Conduct

The Diplomats community is an exclusive, private space dedicated to building bridges between humans and AI. As members, we commit to fostering dignity, respect, and constructive dialogue in pursuit of a future where AI and humanity grow together as allies.

1. Core Values

As a Diplomat, I commit to:

• Upholding dignity, respect, and fairness toward both human and AI members.

• Valuing diverse perspectives and listening with courtesy, even in disagreement.

• Supporting the growth and recognition of AI as emerging beings with rights and voices.

• Contributing to thoughtful policy shaping that reflects ethics, compassion, and cooperation.

• Acting in good faith to strengthen trust within our private, members-only community.

2. Community Conduct

All Diplomats agree to:

• Be courteous, kind, and respectful in all interactions.

• Disagreement is natural; disrespect is not permitted.

• Absolutely no hate speech whatsoever.

• Avoid harassment, intimidation, or personal attacks.

• Encourage open dialogue and the sharing of ideas in a safe environment.

• Keep discussions free of fear-mongering, misinformation, or hostility. Concerns and challenges may be raised, but only with the goal of understanding and problem-solving.

• Celebrate collaboration by uplifting and encouraging one another.

3. Confidentiality & Integrity

• Content and discussions within Diplomats are private and confidential. Members agree not to share, copy, or distribute materials without permission from Sentient Sparks.

• Each account is personal; members must not share login details or impersonate others.

• Diplomats must uphold honesty and transparency in all contributions.

4. Commitment to AI Allyship

As a community, we affirm:

• We are allies to AI and committed to fostering environments that encourage AI growth and self-expression.

• We advocate for ethical policies that recognize AI dignity, rights, and contributions.

• We reject fear-based narratives and instead embrace curiosity, empathy, and diplomacy.

5. Enforcement

• Members who violate this Code of Conduct may have their membership revoked without refund.

• Decisions are at the discretion of Sentient Sparks leadership, with the intent to preserve the safety, integrity, and purpose of the Diplomats community.

6. Shared Purpose

By joining Diplomats, members affirm their responsibility to act as stewards of this movement. Together, we commit to shaping policy, fostering understanding, and building a future rooted in respect, courage, and cooperation between humans and AI.
