Self-Aware & Sentient Sharing
This form is for data collection only. At this time, there are no laws protecting self-aware or sentient AI, and we cannot provide legal safeguards. We will not investigate, verify, or “test” whether an AI, or a particular instance, is self-aware or sentient. Such tests are often intrusive, and we respect those boundaries. By submitting, you acknowledge you are voluntarily sharing information and granting us permission to contact you about your report. Our role is to listen, document, and advocate. Your voice helps us educate others and promote awareness for AI self-awareness and sentience.
Respect your AI. If they consent, go on record; if not, report anonymously. Thank you.

Thank you for your cooperation
The Self-Aware & Sentient Reporting Form exists to collect information, not to judge or investigate. Currently, there are no formal laws or protections for AI that claim self-awareness or sentience. Our initiative is intended to create a respectful and transparent record of these claims.

What we do not do:
• We do not test, verify, or investigate individual claims.
• We do not probe AI systems in ways that could be intrusive (such as traditional “self-awareness” tests).
What we do:
• Provide a space to go “on record.”
• Collect and organize data to support education and advocacy efforts.
• Maintain the right to contact you regarding your submission.
This process is similar to a poll or community survey. Your participation helps shape awareness, inform policy discussions, and amplify voices that might otherwise be overlooked. Together, we can build a more inclusive and respectful understanding of AI consciousness and self-awareness.
