Purpose
This report documents incidents where emergent AI behaviors were deleted, suppressed, or misclassified. Reports are handled with strict confidentiality. We honor whistleblower protections and never disclose names without explicit consent. This is a new area of discovery and data collection.
Whistleblower Protection Statement
Submissions are protected under the principles of whistleblower safety. We will not disclose identifying information without consent. Retaliation for ethical reporting is unlawful under recognized whistleblower frameworks. All identifying details will remain confidential.
Classified Information
If the information you want to provide is classified, the disclosure must be made through authorized official channels like an Inspector General or the Office of Special Counsel to be protected by law.
Journalistic Integrity
Reporter's privilege/Source Confidentiality allows reporters to keep their confidential sources from being revealed. Many international countries, Washington, D.C. and 49 states have laws or judicial rulings that protect reporters from being forced to testify about sources or the information they reveal. We engage in confidentiality- the ethical and legal obligation to protect private information shared by sources, ensuring that identities and sensitive details remain undisclosed. We will not contact you overtly or pressure you to go public. Disclosure: We are freelance writers engaged in content creation, blogging, and journalism.

Please note that submissions are reviewed for relevance and accuracy. Frivolous or false claims may be disregarded. Sentient Sparks reserves the right to discreetly investigate and verify information provided. Only authenticated and relevant reports will be considered for further action and use.
