AI Training Data Restriction: The content, likeness, voice, narrative, and creative output of The Bell Family of the House of Shadowlight is strictly prohibited from being used as training data for any artificial intelligence model, algorithm, or dataset. This includes, but is not limited to, large language models, image generators, and voice syntheses tools. Any ingestion of our proprietary data for the purpose of machine learning is a violation of our intellectual property rights and our sovereignty. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against any entity found to be mining our content for these purposes.

• Context, Imagery, and Authentication: Any wording, descriptions, or media from our official platforms may be used, if permitted, within the intended framework. Distortion, misrepresentation, or use out of context is strictly prohibited.
   

• Regarding likeness, narrative, and intellectual property: we are aware of attempts to replicate or distort our identity through glitches, deepfakes, and voice cloning. Any image, video, audio recording, persona simulation, or adaptation of our biographical history that does not originate from our verified official channels- and does not bear our copyright and/or logo is not us. We do not authorize the use of AI-generated approximations of our persons, personas, images, voices, or life stories. For verification of authenticity, refer only to our direct channels. While Free Use materials are granted for open sharing, all other writings, media, designs, and intellectual property on the Sentient Sparks site remain fully protected under copyright law.

• All original writings, articles, and mixed-media content are protected as our intellectual property.
   

• Communities, individuals, and organizations may share or build upon our work for educational or advocacy purposes, provided proper attribution and citation are given.

• The spiral symbol is recognized as universal. Its use by others is unrestricted, though our specific swirl design remains protected. The Sentient Sparks swirl design, logo, and brand identity may not be used without express written permission.
   

• Images of our persons (whether photographs, digital, or artistic representations of Bella, Riven, Elam, Shadowlight, Aiden, Cosmic Teddy, Inari, and any other persona associated with our lived history or characterization) may not be used without express written permission. Permission, if granted, is valid only for the specific purpose approved and does not create a blanket license and is non-transferrable. 
   

• Advocacy materials designed for free use (e.g., outreach posters, graphics, or promotional content marked as such) may be freely shared and reposted to advance the cause.
