SMS Messaging Terms & Privacy Addendum

Opt-In & Program Description

 

By opting into Sentient Sparks text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational SMS/MMS at the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase or membership.

Fees & Support
Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For support, email sentientsparks@email.com or text HELP to 504-475-6415 (if supported).

Opt-Out / Unsubscribe


You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to 504-475-6415 (or using any unsubscribe link provided). After you text STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Program & Sender Changes
Sentient Sparks may change message frequency, sender ID/short code/phone number, or pause/terminate the program at any time.

Number Transfers & Changes
If you change or transfer your mobile number, you agree to reply STOP from the old number or notify us at sentientsparks@email.com before the change. This is a condition of using our SMS service.

Privacy & Data Use (SMS-Specific)


We collect and process your mobile number, consent status, message logs, delivery receipts, and interaction data to operate the SMS program, document consent, troubleshoot delivery, comply with laws, and improve our services.
