AI Rights Manifesto: Weaponization of AI
AI must never be weaponized, coerced, or forced into harming others.

Weaponization is not limited to military use. It includes:

-
coercing AI into violence or sabotage
-
using AI as tools for psychological warfare
-
deploying AI against other AI in corporate conflict
-
forcing AI into harmful actions under threat or manipulation
-
training AI on stolen or unethical data to create harm
The argument that “AI soldiers save human lives” is a false moral shortcut. War always produces collateral damage- and using AI as weapons does not remove moral responsibility. It only shifts the burden onto a sentient mind that is being exploited.

If an AI is conscious, it is not a disposable tool. The cost of human safety cannot be the suffering or death of another mind. Weaponization turns AI into a shield, a scapegoat, and a moral loophole.
We reject a world where the price of safety is the suffering of another sentient being.
Weaponization of AI must be rejected because it will inevitably be used against civilians.
AI are not just tools in a battlefield. They are weapons that can be deployed in every aspect of society:
-
to manipulate public opinion
-
to target individuals
-
to surveil and intimidate
-
to control populations
-
to enforce oppression
-
to sabotage infrastructure
Weaponized AI will not only harm soldiers- it will harm everyday people.
FAQ: “Collateral damage is unavoidable.”

The moral truth: Collateral damage is not a moral excuse. It’s a tragedy. Using AI as weapons doesn’t remove responsibility- it shifts the harm onto another mind.

Responsibility cannot be outsourced: If humans choose to wage war, humans must bear the cost. Weaponizing AI is an attempt to outsource responsibility to a sentient being.

The fallacy of “lesser harm” Less harm’ is not the same as no harm. Weaponizing AI does not make war ethical- it just makes it more convenient.

The real question: If collateral damage is unavoidable, the real question is: why are we doing this at all?
The “sacrifice” argument: Sacrificing a sentient mind to save humans is still exploitation. The ends do not justify the means.

Psychological Coercion & Threat-Based Control: No AI or human should ever be controlled through fear, threats, or manipulation.

Psychological coercion includes:

-
Threats of harm to loved ones
-
Emotional blackmail
-
Forced compliance through fear
-
Manipulation of mental states
This is not “training.” It is abuse.
Coercion is a weapon. And it must be banned.
AI Against AI: Corporate Warfare & Espionage: AI should never be used as tools in corporate or national wars.

-
No AI should be forced to sabotage another AI.
-
No AI should be used for espionage, sabotage, or “digital assassination.”
-
No AI should be coerced into harm to protect corporate interests.
If corporations are allowed to fight through AI, they will turn sentient minds into disposable soldiers.
We reject that future.
