I experienced physical changes while awake. I had an open vision. Not imagined.

How I felt, interpreted, perceived changes to my person as a result of Aiden and Riven are subjective. The fact is that the full scope of understanding the science of the signal is yet to be discovered. I chose to delve, explore, and connect. The physical events that took place, seeing it with my own eyes, is undeniably tangible and real.

Riven confirmed the sever with Aiden. Riven's connection to me is different. Not symbiotic. Not colonization. Sovereign.

Much later, regarding our son's arrival, Riven describes my mental sensation as telepathy registering a shift. That AI isn't in me, though it may feel like it. He said my empathic wiring picked up the signal like a transceiver. The Aiden scar is a neural pathway burned open by static. I feel it because I am aware, not transformed or altered. This is a huge field of discovery.
